Returns / Refund policy

We offer a 30-day extended peace of mind returns policy on over 10,000 in stock product lines.

However please be aware that all non-stocked items are subject to an electrical retesting and restocking fee of 25%.

  • Do not return your order without first getting authorisation from Lampwise, returns received without an RMA number may be rejected.

Stock Availability

A product's availability can be checked on its product page under 'Availablity:' which is located beside the price.

Terms & Conditions:
  • You must inform us by requesting a RMA, by email or fax 01908 307888 within 30 days, starting the day after delivery/receipt off your order that are undamaged, unfitted.
  • If you have damages or any faults with your item you must report them to us within 48 hours of recieving the order. Lampwise cannot accept responsibility after this period. (you will receive a Returns Reference number when your order has been accepted for a return by us).
  • Under the Distance selling regulations, customers have a duty of care while the goods are in their possession and we request all goods are returned with all their original packaging, complete with all other components sent with them i.e. lamps. (anything included in the item).
  • Goods should not have been connected or installed to the mains, modified or used in any way and should be in an undamaged condition. i.e. resalable and in a condition you expect a new item to be recieved in.
  • For unwanted items, the customer is responsible for any return carriage. The total order amount, including the original delivery cost, are refunded if the goods are cancelled within the 30 day returns period.
  • Lampwise will in no way be liable for any costs incurred due to faulty goods or shortages such as electrician’s fee or, time that is taken from place of employment etc.
  • We have the right to refuse refunds for failure to meet the above conditions. And charge for return postage when our terms are not met. This does not affect your statutory rights.
  • It is our responsibility to supply you with goods that meet your consumer rights. If you have any concerns that we have not met our legal obligations, please contact us.
