Orders over the value of £49 to the UK mainland will qualify for free delivery which will be sent and tracked via Royal Mail or DPD Local. Certain larger products do not qualify for this promotion (see heavy parcels).
We are able to ship items by post to most destinations in the UK, using our standard UK Royal Mail delivery service, this normally takes 48 hours but we like to advise that it can take up to 5 working days. (For items not received by post we would allow 10 working days before issuing replacements). Royal Mails' standard terms for missing parcels is 15 working days. We aim to process your order within 15-30 minutes of the order being placed on our website.
Certain items, such as fluorescent tubes can only be transported by courier due to the length and delicate nature of the product. Items delivered by our courier require a signature on delivery. Please ensure that someone will be available between 08:30 and 17.30 Monday to Friday at the designated address to accept the parcel.
If our couriers are unable to deliver an order due to the address being unmanned, a card will be left asking you to contact them directly to make alternative arrangements. You can arrange a re-delivery to collect from the local depot. If no contact is made within 3 days, the order will be returned to us and a re-delivery charge will be levied to cover our re-delivery costs.
If you place your order before 1:00 pm Monday - Friday we can deliver the next business working day to most UK Main Land destinations, excluding Northern Island, Highlands, and Islands (which is a 2-day service). Please select this method at the checkout stage. Please note our carriers deliver between 08.30 and 17.30 Monday to Friday and will require a signature upon delivery. We cannot leave the goods at your address without a signature.
Excessively heavy parcels and parcels over 1 metre in dimension are charged from £21. They will be sent on a tracked service by courier.
Saturday and Sunday delivery options are available at extra cost with the courier DPD Local. A contact telephone number is required. If you need your delivery before 12:00 pm please contact us.
Need the item super quick we can send it directly to you from the manufacturers, there is a charge to queue jump, and get your lighting order in express timing, starting from £14.95. Please refer to the delivery table for further information.

Most parcels are shipped via Royal Mail at the standard UK rate, but larger parcels are shipped via tracked couriers at a cost of £24.95. Moreover, heavy parcels or parcels exceeding 1 meter in length may incur an additional delivery charge. In such cases, we will notify you, and you can either pay the extra fee or cancel your order.
We offer a tracked and signed postal service to all EU countries based on the size of the parcel. Rates are provided at checkout for all orders below €150. All orders under €150 include duties paid, with no surprises and nothing additional to pay.
