When it comes to packaging, we use new cardboard boxes that typically contain between 60% and 90% recycled material. We understand the importance of using sustainable materials, and we use them whenever possible.
We offer various types of packaging materials, such as bubble wrap, packaging peanuts, shredded paper, crunched paper, shredded wool, and air pillows. However, we make sure to use bubble wrap minimally, only for fragile items such as glass. We prefer to use shredded cardboard as void fill instead of excessive bubble wrap to fill corners. We believe in using recycled materials as much as we can, as we care about our carbon footprint impact as a lighting company.
We are continuously looking for ways to reduce our environmental impact, and we strive to be as transparent as possible with our customers. Therefore, we want to assure you that your order will never arrive from Lampwise in a mailing bag with no protective packaging. We understand that some of our customers prefer to collect their orders in person, which is why we offer a collection option from our showroom at MK11 1AY. You can select this option during checkout, and we will send you an email to confirm when your order is ready to collect.
In-stock products typically take between 6-10 hours during business hours before collection becomes available. For example, if you place an order at 9 am, it will be ready for collection by 4 pm the same day, typically.
We are happy to hold your order in-store for 2 working weeks, giving you plenty of time to collect it at your convenience. However, please note that failing to collect your order without pre-agreement will result in your order being refunded and cancelled. We want to ensure that all of our customers have a positive experience with us, so please let us know if you need to make alternative arrangements for collection. Our team is always happy to assist you in any way possible.
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you need to return an item, please do so within 14 days of receipt.
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team via this link and provide your order number and reason for return. We will then provide you with a return address and instructions on how to return the item.
Returned items must be in their original condition and packaging, and must include all accessories and manuals. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

In some cases, if your carrier was unable to deliver your parcel, it'll automatically be sent back to our warehouse.
