If you wish to return an item, please follow the guidelines below.
Before returning an item, please notify us by completing an RMA request within 14 days of receiving your order. Please provide us with your order number, the name of the product you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
If you have opened an account with us you can always access your return requests from the account page.
All items must be returned unused and in their original packaging with all accessories, manuals, and parts. If an item is returned in a condition that indicates it has been used or opened, we will not be able to issue a refund. Please ensure that you take reasonable care of the item while it is in your possession.
Once we have received the returned item and verified that it is in the condition described above, we will issue a refund to the original payment method used to place the order. We will not refund any postage costs unless the item is faulty.
We will provide you with the appropriate returns address once you have notified us of your intent to return an item. Please ensure that the item is adequately packaged and returned to us using a recorded delivery service. We are not responsible for items that are lost or damaged in transit.
If the item you receive is faulty, please notify us immediately, and we will arrange for the item to be collected and a replacement to be sent to you. Alternatively, we will issue a full refund.
Refunds will be processed within 14 working days of receipt of the item. Lampwise will notify you by email when this process has been completed. Typically, you will see the funds in your account within 7-10 working days post notification of the refund process being completed.
